A) Protection of Personal Data and Data Controller Your personal data;

(“Company”), as the Data Controller, can process your personal data within the scope of the information and purposes stated below, in accordance with the legislation, within the scope of KVKK and related legislation.
B) Purposes of Processing Personal Data While your personal data is benefiting from the security of our Company and the internet access opportunity offered to visitors by our Company, your personal data transmitted by you, access records management, in order to fulfill our obligations arising from legislation, limited to the terms and purposes of data processing.
C) To Whom and For What Purpose the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred Your collected personal data;

I. If you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage.
Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KVK Law, you can submit your request to use your above-mentioned rights to our Company in writing or by other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Since the Personal Data Protection Board has not determined any method at this stage, you must submit your application in writing to our Company in accordance with the KVK Law. Within this framework, the channels and procedures you will submit your application in writing to our company within the scope of Article 11 of the KVK Law are explained below. In order to use your rights stated above, your request containing the necessary information identifying your identity and your explanations about your right to use the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVK Law;
